Project management within the design is a special achievement. The customer order is processed in compliance with the customer specifications, such as change management, company standards, preferred series, etc. and the other standards:

• Transfer of a design change to systems or complex assembly groups
• Planning the changes to be made
• Handover of tasks to detailed designers (internal or external)
• Check the change and release of the assemblies for sample production
• Accompanying the assembly sampling including assembly optimization
• Handover of the modifications including all documents
